スピーカー自身の個人的体験を加えた方がウケが良い事も、コンテストで有利に働く事も承知しているのですが、そういうスタイルのスピーチは、僕よりも遙かに上手で、声質にも恵まれ、デリバリーにも長けた先輩方が山ほど居ます。なので、今回、人が取らないアプローチを追求してしてみました。今回の僕のスピーチに即して言えば、”目的へのアプローチを迂回する手段を取った” というところです 。
王道に対するアンチテーゼみたいなものなので、きっとみんなに体験談が不足しているって指摘されるよな〜と思っていたら、最初に論評してくれた松本さんが、むしろそれをポジティブに評価してくれたので、本当に救われました。
スピーチって、聴衆を楽しませ、学びをもたらし、生活を向上させるものであれば、その手段は自由であって良いと思っているので、その信念を背中から押していただいた思いです。また、改善点のご指摘もそのとおりで、この部分を具体的な選択肢である扉やヤギで表現すれば、より判り安いものになると思います。

論評のポイントとしてスピーチの「いい点」とせずに「印象に残ったこと」とし、「問いかけ」「タイトル」「スピーチ中にMatsunagaさんの個人的な体験、エピソードがなかったところ」と具体的に指摘。特に3つ目の指摘は、他の論評者の中には、改善点に入れていた点なので、意表を突かれ感心した。
また、「改善点」という言葉を使わずに、「提案」としてモンティホールに寄せた説明を補足することを提案。「これまで聞いたことのないスピーチ」「おしゃれで洗練されていてとても面白かった」と結ぶことで、スピーチのどの箇所も否定せずに「提案する」という形をとっており、Matsunagaさんのスピーチのユニークな「モンティホール問題」と「タイトル」の二つとも、見事に活かした論評であった。
全く新しい視点から見ることが、そのスピーチの持つ魅力の発見につながることが体現されている論評。

The reason Why I chose this is
She has an experience in interacting with Elephant so that she can easily understand in-depth meaning of the story.
Moreover she emphasizes on my vocal variety, yes I have to follow her suggestion .
Finally She has got the WISDOM behind this story and says it might be a good idea to review our COMMON SENSE.
For the above couple of reason I like her evaluation as the best one

That's the point where she feels sorry for the elephant and understands the story from his perspective. I was impressed because I think it is difficult to truly put yourself in the other person's shoes instead of looking at the speech superficially.
Many took the message of the speech narrowly as resignation to the challenge of failure, and few took the speaker's intended delusion broadly, which she was able to take broadly. She had compassion in the way she described her improvements.

今回、オンラインのスピーチを初めて録画してお送りすることになり、私自身が一番気になっていた部分に的確なアドバイスを頂戴できたという点からベスト論評とさせていただきました。
他にもアクションや顔の向きなどを改善点としてご指摘下さっている論評はあったのですが、Matsunagaさんの論評は、より具体的な「目線」の使い方をご提案いただいていて、何度も自分なりに変更してみたものの納得が行かなかった点がやっとすっきり理解できたように思いました。
今後はみなさまから頂戴したたくさんの改善点を取り入れて、より良いスピーチができるよう努力していきたいと思います。
この度はこのような得難い機会を頂戴し、誠にありがとうございました。

Matsunagaさんご自身のテストスピーカーとしての経験を踏まえて、詳細にわたってコメントされていて、テストスピーカーとして同じ立場のTezukaさんへの真摯な励ましの気持ちが感じられた。
オンライン環境でのスピーチなので、それに則したアドバイス目線や動線について、具体的で、特に動線というか動きについて「前後だけでなく左右にも動くとよい」とTezukaさんにとっては大変有益な指摘。そして最後にスピーチ時間についてご自身の経験から、相手を讃える論評の終わり方で、最後まで、MatsunagaさんからTezukaさんへの温かい励ましの論評になっていた。
論評とは何かを考えた時に、大切なことは指摘もそうだが次に繋がる激励である、そのことを再認識することのできる論評であった。

TM Oda gave two reasons why she thought the speech was memorable and easy to understand.
First, the ease of listening to the English.I am not a native speaker, so I have a complex in my pronunciation and fluency.However, Mr. Oda said that some people, even native speakers, speak too quickly and find it difficult to understand the message. This time, the evaluation was that my speaking style was clear and easy to understand.I felt encouraged that it is important to get the message across to the audience.
Second, the content of the message (the importance of communication)He sympathized with the importance of communication that every club feels in the Corona disaster.
Also, the areas for improvement made a lot of sense to me.I had some idea of what I needed to do to improve, but it wasn't clear to me what to do about it.
I decided to join the club after only one trial because of Noriko's great guest support! And what if I tell them!I suggested that it was a neat solution. Yes, that's it! What I wanted to tell you!
I mumbled that while reading the commentary. What the speaker failed to notice, he noticed and taught me.I chose it because it was a review that hit right to the heart of the matter and was encouraging. Thank you very much.

The good points and improvements are clearly and concretely written.
I also like the fact that she has thought through the speech objective, and I think it's a good point that her speech was empathic but not inspiring. I didn't feel bad about her evaluation.
I think that the fact that she noticed the speaker's gaze on the audience behind the camera is suggestive to the other speakers as well.

Kiyohisa Ohta-san started to mention his own experience that we met in the elevator!
I was really pleased that he remembers it, so I could be relaxed to start reading his evaluation.
I realized that sharing the evaluator’s sympathy at the beginning makes a speaker much easier to listen to and accept his/her evaluation.
Evaluation sometimes scares speakers, and they do not want to listen to or read it.
It is important for evaluators to show speakers that the evaluator is not an enemy but the speaker’s fellow.
I learned it from KY-san's evaluation this time.
In the future, when I evaluate someone's speech, I would think about it.

I found that he observed every detail as well as a normal evaluation.As an evaluator, I think his language was very appropriate. Also I felt his sincere from his comments.
